Return Policy

*All returns MUST be postmarked or returned in store within 14 days of the delivery date or purchase of your order. If an item mailed or brought into store  after the 14 days, you will not be eligible for return.  All items must be unworn and unwashed with original tags intact.  Items must be free of makeup, cigarette smoke, perfumes, deodorant, pet hair, and any other stains. If your returns do not meet these requirements, you will be contacted, and the items will be returned to you at your expense. **Please include your packing slip and your order number inside the return package. 

**There are no returns on personalize and custom products.  

**No returns on tumblers. If there is an issue please bring it back into the store and we can assist you. 

*All items returned will be for store/product credit only. We do not issue refunds to the original form of payment. 

*Discount codes must be applied during time of purchase, we can not apply a code once the order is place.

*Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

*Items that are NOT eligible for return are Shoes, accessories (jewelry, hats, purses…), Sale Items, swimsuits, intimates, custom signs, custom tumblers, DIY projects, DIY class purchase and candles

* All items returned to us after 14 days or items that are not qualified for a return will not be accepted, and no refund issued.  Your items may be returned to you at your expense,  you have 7 days to respond to us about our inquiry or your items will be forfeited.

*Please contact us lacie@sawdustnglitter.com before sending any items back via mail

**DO NOT open your package with scissors, if a item is cut while opening we are not responsible, and a return will not be accepted.

*If a product you received is incorrect or defective, or damaged, contact us @ lacie@sawdustnglitter.com with in 3 business days of receiving your package. And we will do our best to help fix the issue.

**Orders can not be changed, modified, or canceled after check out.

 

Correct Address: Please make sure your address is correct at check out, if you package is delivered to the wrong address and returned to us for incorrect address please email us at lacie@sawdustnglitter.com and we can invoice you for new shipping cost.

Please allow 3-5 business day for your order to be shipped! and up to 2 weeks for custom orders.
